There was this tree on hope street. It doesn’t have any flowers on it. But the leaves are as tiny as petals. So when wind comes, they fly out of the branches like dandelion’s fur. And when the sunshine is golden, they reflect transparent and pale green. Because they are so tiny and light, they linger in the air much longer then snowflakes. Green snowflakes. Just like what happens in Japanese cartoons.

For two days, I jogged 5 miles with Andrew and did 2 hrs of Bikram yoga with Leslie every day. I am expecting myself to be so wrecked now.

1. 轻轻的弯曲你的脚趾并将脚尖贴着地面,使你的脚背成c字形(如点地的动作),保持这个姿势大约10秒钟,然后放松,交换双脚反复实施。
2. 走路时将你的体重放置于右脚脚趾上(踮脚走),每步保持2秒钟,再将重量放置于另一脚脚趾上,反复这个动作1~2分钟。
3. 站立,将右脚交叉放于左脚的正前面,将右脚踝关节外侧贴紧左脚踝关节正前方,左脚慢慢下蹲压右脚的脚背,保持这个姿势5~10秒,换脚,反复数次。
4. 将你全身重量平均放于右脚所有指趾上,脚跟尽量离地面越高越好(如踮立的姿势),但踝关节不可外翻,再将左脚举高贴往右脚膝关节,放手,保持平衡5秒后,换脚,反复数次。
5. 在你坐下的椅子前面放一条毛巾。用最快的时间,用一脚脚趾的力量将毛巾夹起来、放下,数次后换脚,反复交换脚操作。
6. 仍然在你坐着的椅子前面放一条毛巾,将右脚脚跟固定在地板上,在用脚趾将毛巾夹起从右侧放到左侧,数次后换脚,反复操作。

Yoga under 105F degrees is insane
It was a super hot summer day
And this is us coming out of the hell

With hypotension, there was time that my head got blacked out.
We three incredible creature sat in the car for a long time to recoop.
But guess what, tmr i will go there again! It doesn’t build up my flexibility because all of their postures are so easy to reach. But I feel extremely tired. And if I don’t have even that much endurance, how am i gonna deal with the summer intensive to do ballet for 8 hrs/ day for a week?! I am taking these pains for a reason.
Criterion of love
So there was once that I had a conflict with my step mother
And i cried in front of my mom
And my mom said,’
Now u learned how to tell if someone loves you or not.
If a person loves you, she/he will let you free.
If you feel you cannot do this and you cannot do that, it just means that she/ he doesn’t love you.’
Then I realized how many times I dared to express anything in front of my mother. Because she is my family. Because my mom loves me.:) leslie is a smart girl, she said: it takes time though.
